Em, the owner of Drift Aesthetics, is a fully qualified aesthetic practitioner who specialises in aesthetic injections. Aqualyx is a non-surgical, injectable cosmetic treatment that falls under the category of fat dissolving solutions, designed to dissolve and permanently remove stubborn, localised fat deposits that resist diet and exercise. It utilises a deoxycholic acid compound to break down fat cell walls, which are then naturally eliminated through the body’s lymphatic system. This treatment is commonly used on areas such as the double chin, stomach, back fat, upper arms, thighs, and knees.
