We then create a massage plan together, such as areas of focus and pressure preferences. Choose full body for complete relaxation, or a focus, commonly on the back, neck and shoulders.
Oil is then applied and techniques such as gentle stretching, kneading and strokes are used at a pressure of your choice for relaxation and reducing muscle tension.

This is a slower style of massage effective at targeting physical discomfort, stiffness and tension. Firstly, the skin and underlying fascia and warmed up with light stretches. A deeper pressure is then applied to focus on deeper muscles, congestion or "knots". 'Trigger points' are targeted by holding pressure to encourage release.
This treatment can improve circulation, mobility and provide pain relief.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage or “loving hands” acknowledges the mind, body and soul. This spiritual massage uses light touch and long sweeping movements across the whole body to imitate the motions of gentle waves. The rhythm of the massage is fluid to allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation.
Sessions are 60 – 90 minutes to allow you to enter a deeper state of relaxation.
